The Milford House is
an 18-room, well kept, spacious, 100+ year old house in the
small village of Milford. The sheltered front porch is ideal for
watching the world go by. The old carriage house from the horse
and buggy era is attached to the back. The house was divided
into three apartments many years ago. The apartments are airy
and bright with front and back entrance and large windows.

apartment is fully furnished and air conditioned -- living room
with cable TV, and DVD/VCR, eat-in kitchen with full
refrigerator, stove, microwave and all utensils, bathroom and
bedrooms with all necessary linens. Housekeeping is not
provided. The large lawn is ready for your summer barbecues with gas grill and summer furniture. |
Whitfield House & Park Place are just around the corner from the
Milford House. A great way to be close to other team
families! Milford
is ten minutes from Cooperstown and fifteen minutes from
Oneonta. Less than a minute's walk takes you to a deli, bank, restaurant, post office and park and the historic Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad. A
